What information we collect

- Patient pre-evaluationName, email, phone, country, date of birth, social media profile, and health information: pre-existing medical conditions, the medication you take and medication allergies. Also the photos of your smile and dental X-rays you choose to upload.
- ConversationsThe messages you send us by WhatsApp or email.
- Browsing informationWhich ad brought you to the site and how you use the pages (see "Cookies and measurement" below).
How we use it
- To answer you and coordinate your video consultation and your visit.
- So Dr. Daniel can evaluate your case and plan your treatment before you travel.
- To send you messages about your consultation, your treatment and your follow-up.
- To measure which ads bring patients, so we spend better on advertising.
We do not sell your information.
We do not share your health information or your photos for advertising.
Your health information
The health information, photos and X-rays you send in the pre-evaluation are used only by Dr. Daniel and his team to evaluate your treatment. By sending the pre-evaluation, you give your consent for that use. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to [email protected].
Cookies and measurement
When you arrive from an ad, we save a cookie (lael_gclid or lael_fbclid, plus lael_ts) for 30 days that records which ad brought you, so we know which ads work. The site also uses Google Ads and Hotjar code, which may set their own cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while it is needed to attend you, follow up on your treatment and meet our legal obligations as a medical practice. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you messages. Write to [email protected] and we will answer you. In the Dominican Republic, your personal data is protected by Law No. 172-13.
Minors
The website and the pre-evaluation are meant for adults. If the patient is under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
